Scope of service
Halo provides travel planning, coordination, and concierge services. Journeys are arranged with third-party suppliers whose own terms apply to the services they deliver.
Quotations and confirmation
Proposals are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A journey is confirmed only when the agreed deposit or payment has been received.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, health requirements, and accurate traveler information. Halo will provide guidance but cannot accept responsibility for missing documentation.
Liability
Halo coordinates services with carefully selected partners and is not liable for events outside its reasonable control, including supplier disruption, weather, or force majeure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
